Most mortgage companies will require these three basic water tests. Check with your lender.
- Bacteria - Total Coliform (presence/absence) (approx. 48hrs)
- Nitrate/Nitrite (approx. 1 to 2 weeks)
- Lead (approx. 1 to 2 weeks)
Additional Water Testing:
- E.coli (presence/absence)
- Iron
- Fecal/E (approx. 48hrs)
- PH
- Turbidity
Samples will be delivered to the state certified laboratory for analysis. Results will vary from three days to two weeks depending on the tests included.
