Upon buying a home in the state of Indiana, your real estate sales agent will ask if you would like a Professional Home Inspection. Some financial institutions may require a home inspection as part of the loan agreement.

HyTek Home Inspections would like to earn your business.

The best way we know how to do this, is to be honest, and provide you with the best we have to offer.

Who is typically at the HyTek Home Inspection?

Our home inspector and the buyer of the property. Any friends or family members the buyer feels comfortable in bringing to the inspection. Keep in mind we have permission from the seller to visit their property for the purpose of inspections. This is not the time nor the place for get togethers or other distractions. We must respect the sellers property.
